There are many ways to prepare for your daily prayer.
The key is to make sure that you take the right food and drink to nourish your body.

You can use different kinds of foods to get you through your day.
The best way to prepare this is to order food online or from local shops, or you can buy it from the market.
Here is a list of some of our favourites: Beef and chicken curry.
Tuna and avocado.
Chicken, rice and vegetable salad.
Ginger tea. Chai tea.
Mango and pomegranate salad.
You can also make your own vegetarian or vegan meals with ingredients you can find in your local market or at home.
Here’s how you can get started: Pick up a small bag of ingredients.
Put the ingredients into a container and seal it up.
Seal it up again.
Fill the container with water.
Put a lid on the container and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Add some water.
If you are going to use more than one food, you can add more water until it reaches the desired consistency.
It’s also a good idea to make a simple sauce or stew.
It can be made with tofu or a mix of vegetables and spices.
You could also use a meat broth or broth with meat.
Make a curry.
Heat a small pot of water over medium heat and add a tablespoon of oil.
Add the tofu and saute for a few minutes.
Add a couple of chopped onions and garlic.
Sauté for a couple more minutes.
After a few more minutes, add the tomato paste, ginger and soy sauce.
When it’s just a little bit too hot, add in the flour.
You might also add in some sesame oil.
If you want a little extra flavour, add some sherry vinegar or turmeric powder.
Add in a pinch of salt.
While the tofu is cooking, cook the noodles.
Add some chicken stock or broth to the water.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
When the rice is cooked, add a teaspoon of oil and add some chopped peanuts.
Cook for a minute or two, and add in your vegetables.
Add enough salt to taste to make the sauce slightly thick.
Then add in enough water to cover the noodles completely.
Cover the container, and allow it to sit for 15 minutes.
Take the lid off the container.
Seal the lid up and let the rice sit for 10 minutes.
Remove the lid, and let this sit for 5-10 minutes.
Then add in more water.
Continue cooking for 15-20 minutes, until it’s finished cooking.
When the noodles are done cooking, add one tablespoon of sesame paste and a pinch or two of sherry.
Remove the lid and allow to sit at room temperature for 30-40 minutes.
You should be able to taste the sauce.
Once the rice has finished cooking, take the lid of the container off, and pour in enough vegetable stock to cover your noodles.
Cover and let sit for another 5-8 minutes.
When you are ready to eat, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable broth to your food.
Add chopped peanuts, the sesame, the soy sauce and salt and stir well.
